Adrian Walden
Senior Director – Specialises in conveyancing and Property law, Wills, Estates & Trusts, and Mortgage Bond Foreclosures. Adrian has been with the firm since it was formed by Morris P Fuller on 1st March 1986. He matriculated at Selborne College in East London in 1976, obtained his B. Juris Degree at the University of Port Elizabeth and thereafter worked for the Department of Justice as a Public Prosecutor for three years, in accordance with his bursary obligations, during which time he completed his LLB Degree through UNISA, and thereafter commenced his articles in Pinetown on 1st March 1984. Adrian started as Professional Assistant to Morris P Fuller and went on to become partner on 1 August 1986. On 1st March 1992 he acquired the shares of Morris P Fuller and simultaneously merged the firm with Hayward Williams of Westville. |

Mike Williams
Senior Director - Specializes in Commercial law, Litigation, Trusts, Industrial & Labour Relations and Liquor Licence Applications. Mike was born in Durban and matriculated at Glenwood Boys High in 1974. He completed his BA Degree at the University of Cape Town in 1980 and his LLB Degree at the University of Natal in 1982. Mike completed his articles and practised as a professional assistant with Allaway Shepstone for two years. In 1988 he purchased the Westville Practice of TD Hayward, and he changed the name to Hayward Williams. Due to the growth of Hayward Williams, it became necessary for him to consider opening a branch office in Pinetown and after discussions with Adrian; he merged his practice with Morris Fuller & Associates with effect from 1st March 1992. Mike also consults in Pietermaritzburg. |

Gareth Brimelow
Director - Gareth is a Litigation specialist being involved in Debt Collection, Criminal Law, Magistrate’s Court and High Court Litigation. Gareth was born in Johannesburg and completed matric at Union High School in Graaf-Reinet. He studied at the University of Natal, Durban and obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 1996. Gareth commenced his articles of clerkship in Johannesburg in 1997 before moving back to Pinetown. He was admitted as an attorney in March 1999 and joined Morris Fuller Walden Williams in April 2000 and became partner in 2006. |

Nicola de Oliveira
Director - Nicola attended Pinetown Girls High School and Matriculated in 1998. She obtained a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in 2001 and an LLB Degree in 2003, both from the University of Natal Durban.
Nicola completed her articles with Morris Fuller Walden Williams and was admitted as an attorney on 20 February 2006.
Nicola’s hobbies and interests include jewellery making, running, reading, watching movies, crosswords and Sudoku.
She loves the outdoors, especially scuba diving. She also enjoys watching all sports and is an avid Formula One fan. |

Edith Dixon
Director - Edith completed matric in 1993 at Upington High School and started her tertiary education in 1994 at The University of the Free State. She obtained a B Comm degree in 1996 and a LLB degree in 2000. During her articles she decided to specialize in conveyancing. She was admitted as an Attorney on 8 April 2003 and as a Conveyancer on 27 January 2004. Edith became a director of the firm on 1 March 2008. She loves to read in her spare time and enjoys scrapbooking. She is a very sentimental person and loves to hear other people’s life stories. |

Jack Hawkey
Associate - Jack Hawkey matriculated at the Natal Technical College and completed his law studies at the University of Natal where he also studied for a BA Degree and then studied for the LLB Degree at the University of London.
He was admitted as an attorney in April 1967. Having practiced since then he has over 40 years experience. He was admitted as a conveyancer in January 1968. He practiced for his own account for 34 years before merging with the practice in 2002. He specialises in Commercial Law, High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation, Conveyancing and Estates (both as Executor and Curator. He acts as ‘in house’ counsel for the firm having obtained, in 1995, the same rights as advocates to appear in the High Court and draw and sign High Court Pleadings. He is also an attorney of the High Courts of Swaziland and Lesotho. He wrote the California Bar Exam in 1987 achieving 93% for Contract and 90% for Torts (Delict). His hobbies/interests are reading and competitive road running for which he has numerous trophies and medals including 14 Comrades Marathon Medals. |
